Maximilian Inzinger is an Austrian type and graphic designer and a graduate of ÉCAL’s Master Type Design programme. His practice – Office of Personal Responsibility – moves between type design, visual research, and creative direction. With a background in graphic design – including studies at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Antwerp – Maximilian has developed typefaces, books, identities and occasionally websites for cultural and commercial clients. Alongside his studio work, he is active in teaching and lecturing, with engagements including a teaching assistant position at ÉCAL, guest lectures at institutions such as Pratt Institute in New York, and organizing workshops, among others at VERA skole for kunst & design in Copenhagen. He is also part of Studio Bock, where he is responsible for typographic direction within the studio’s broader design and brand development work.
