is a brand designer and design engineer based in Copenhagen. With a background in type design, he brings an attention to language, form and rhythm to the work – from the pace of a publication to the way a website moves and responds. Working independently through Office of Personal Responsibility and with studios including Bielke&Yang, Alexis Mark, Other Means, Approximate Type and Studio Malpeso, he has developed typefaces, identities, books and websites for clients including Netflix, the Guston Foundation, Aarhus School of Architecture, Rigshospitalet, MuseumsQuartier Wien, Nikolaj Kunsthal and the Heidi Horten Collection. A graduate and teaching assistant at ÉCAL’s Master Type Design programme, he has also given guest lectures and workshops at Pratt Institute in New York and VERA skole for kunst & design in Copenhagen. He is building Cicero, a macOS font manager, and other independent software projects.
