Profile

Maximilian Inzinger (b. 1999) lives and works in Vienna, where he runs Office of Personal Responsibility, a Multidisciplinary Design Studio. Maximilian also founded AType, an Austria-based Typeclub and -collective, that he started together with two fellow students.

I’m a 21-year-old graphic design student originating from Austria, where I focus on Print and Type Design and eat lots of Schnitzel.

In 2014—at the age of 15—I applied for my first internship position as a robotic developer at the FH Technikum Vienna. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure to work on UI and Web-Designs for Digital Sunray, a Vienna-based multimedia agency; an internship that essentially opened the door for a position as visual designer at the Austrian Red Crossmy civil service—in 2017. I had the opportunity to start my professional career as a digital designer at Muuto, a Danish Luxury Furniture Design Firm, where I was responsible for the social channels including newsletter campaigns and website management, assisted with photoshoots and developed designs for events and marketing purposes (print and screen).

A few months later, I received admission for studying Graphic Design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp, Belgium, after passing the entrance exam. Since then I’ve co-founded GoodGuys (May 2019), an Austrian Creative Studio, together with my videographer friend Manuel Auer and in my summer vacation, I joined the Austrian Broadcasting Service (ORF) as a Motion Designer.

After a year of studying at the Academy in Antwerp, I decided to further pursue my studies back home at the New Design University, where I am on track to graduate with my BA, Graphic and Information Design in 2022.
